The University of Raparin Announces ‘Do not Leave! Solve It’ Campaign

In the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed, the President of the University, Mr. Hussein Mahmoud, the governor of Ranya district, the members of the University Council, a significant number of university students as well as the media agencies, the Dutch Spark Organization, in partnership with the Media Directorate and the Career and Development Center of The University of Raparin, announced the ‘Do not Leave! Solve It’ campaign, on Feb-07-2024.
At the beginning of the campaign announcement, Mr. Daniel Dilzar, the representative of Spark Organization, gave the campaign’s speech. Then Asst. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed, gave a speech during which she expressed her gratitude for all the attendees, then explained the purpose of announcing the campaign to the attendees, as she reiterated the university presidency’s support for young people to develop their skills and find jobs. Mr. Hussein Mahmoud, the governor of Rania district, delievered a speech.
As part of the campaign, a professional workshop was held for students and young people.
It is worth mentioning that the six-month ‘Do not Leave! Solve It’ campaign, which is being held in the cities of Rania, Chamchamal and Halabja, aims to support the youth to find and create suitable jobs based on their talents instead of carrying out illegal immigration.
