British Consul General Visits University of Raparin

The President of the University of Raparin (UoR), Asst. Prof. Dr. Paiman R. Ahmed along with several UoR Council members received Mr. James Goldman, the British Consul General in Erbil, as well as Dr. Sarbaz Barzinj, mayor of the London borough of Lambeth, on February 24th, 2024. 

They later met at the UoR Council during which  Mr. Hiwa Qarani, Head of Raparin Administration, Mr. Hussein Mahmood, Governor of Ranya District, and Brig. Gen. Jamal, Chairman of Raparin Security Department attended, the overall relations and cooperation between the University of Raparin and the British Consulate General in Erbil were discussed.
